During this month, work focused on the following areas:

Infrastructure and Common Areas

Layouts and excavations were completed for the pool, lobby, and chalá (a covered outdoor area), in addition to defining the boundaries of the bamboo structures, pathways, and green areas.

House Construction:

Progress was made on the installations, formwork for the staircase, beam assembly, and preparation for joist placement.

Finishing on House One:

The kitchen and bathroom countertops were completed, construction of the terrace railings began, the planter frame was erected, general finishes were completed, and detail work was carried out on the exposed Mayan stone.
