Excavation and formwork advance across houses 7 to 12, House 1 receives its Maya stone exterior finish, and the pond area is prepared for its slab.
Houses 7 to 12. Excavation was completed and the formwork was poured in units 7, 8, 9 and 10.
House 6. Backfilling for the floor pour is progressing, and work is underway on the layout and formwork for the staircase.
House 3. Backfilling for the floor pour is complete.
Pond area. Cleaning is being carried out in preparation for pouring the concrete slab with reinforcing mesh, and for plastering the walls.
House 1. The exterior finish in Maya stone was completed, and formwork began for the kitchen, bar and bathrooms. Plastering continues on the upper floor.
